Basic qualifications (typical)
- Generally for eligible Veterans purchasing an owner‑occupied home in California.
- Requires meeting CalVet eligibility and underwriting (and sometimes VA COE if using VA guarantee).
- Credit/income review still applies (program is manually underwritten).
